Making the first batch of carmel apples of the season...
Yes, those are bites out of one.
Carmel Apples
1) Wash and dry apple. Poke a popsicle stick in the top.
2) Melt Carmel Bits. These are the best invention to hit the shelves. No unwrapping carmels, you simply just melt the bits in a pot with a little water.
3) When Carmel Bits are melted, dip apple in and cover it as much as possible.
4) Place on wax paper sprayed with Pam and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5) Melt Almond Bark. I like to use vanilla for the apples.
6) When carmel is solid on apples, dip them in the Almond Bark.
7) Dip in cinnamon and sugar, crushed oreos or any other topping.
8) Eat your heart out...
