Our Red Ribbon Week (actually we threw purple and green in there too) came to a close with The Hawk kindly escorting our students across the street as part of Safety Day. We greeted the kids at the crosswalk, tied a green ribbon on their backpacks, and sent them on their way. Thanks to Camie Bahr for the lunch time Safety Pledge activity. Also, thank you to Natalie Weight, our RR Chair who organized these activities!
Thank you to the PG Fire Truck and Ambulance who came to show the kids their equipment and talk about safety.
