Have any old books lying around? If so, donate them to the Valley View Book Drive going on now through September 10th. Our Literacy Coordinator, Becky Jex came up with the Book Drive/Swap idea and I think it's awesome! We will be donating the books to our own school library and then having a book swap with the remainder. Also, our Box Tops Coordinator, Dawn Johnson got our school involved with the Ken Garff Road to Success reading program this year. Only a few schools get to be involved each year so we are really lucky!
Watch for more info about that program and keep reading!
