We went to the Strawberry Days concert in the park last night and let me tell you, it was rockin! Two words...Bon Jovi. The band played songs from various artists, but I couldn't believe it when I heard, Dead or Alive. Since when do we get to rock out to Bon Jovi at a family concert in the park? Never! It was awesome. Nothing better than listening to some good tunes and eating fresh strawberries and cream. Check this recipe out and put on some Bon Jovi while you're cookin'....Strawberry Romaine Salad
