We had a rockin' assembly on Thursday featuring the Utah Jazz Bear! The assembly was hosted by Ozone Fit, a new fitness gym in Draper. The company donated 40 soccer balls, 40 basketballs, 40 dodgeballs and 40 jump ropes to Valley View.
We are so excited and grateful for their donation!

The company presented us with a plaque for becoming an Ozone Fit school.
Bear challenged the kids to the Ozone Fit Challenge which is
15 squats, 15 push ups and 15 sit ups.
The teachers then took The Bear on in a game of dodgeball.
The teachers won and Mrs. Lewis made sure the Bear knew this and made him kiss her feet :)
Miss Threet's class met with an Olympic medalist who won the Silver medal in the bobsled.
Miss McCaman is the biggest Jazz fan at Valley View and it shows!

Before they left, Ozone offered our school the chance to earn at least $1000:
If we take the Ozone Challenge which for kids is 15 sit ups, 15 push ups and 15 squats and for adults is 40 sit ups, 40 push ups, and 15 squats and we get 500 people to
participate, then we can $1000.
This is a great way to earn money for Valley View and take on a fun fitness challenge.
