The Christmas clean-up has begun.
Starting with the family Christmas Tree which found its temporary home on the back deck until it goes up in flames for our New Years Eve bonfire...
My empty apothecary jars that held ornaments,
are now waiting patiently to be filled with Valentine's candy.
The last remnant of Christmas, also waiting to be taken down.
As part of Christmas clean-up, I always get carried away and start cleaning out shelves, drawers and rearranging furniture. One of my favorite gifts this year was a
spice rack which helped me clean up our cupboard.
My son made it for me in scouts and I love it!
P.S. is anyone ready for school to start yet?
