I've been looking for a great Banana Bread recipe for years. And while the ones I've made are good...I think this one takes the cake. Of course anything made with Yellow Cake Mix and Instant Pudding is sure to be a success...

Instead of making the mini loaves like the recipe calls for, I baked mine in a regular loaf pan for 1 hour.
